All Level Flow at Balanced Being

All Level Flow

An all level class focused on fluid movement. You’ll move through basic yoga poses and have the chance to try more challenging ones if you chose to. Come move in community and feel good in your body!

Beginner Flow at Balanced Being

Beginner Flow

Come learn the basics of yoga and feel comfortable on your mat. You’ll learn the foundational poses of most yoga classes and build confidence in your yoga practice.

Breathwork at Balanced Being


We hold so much power in our breath. Breathwork teaches you how to harness your breath for mental balance and emotional release. Explore different styles of both active and restorative breathwork with our wonderful breathwork facilitators. Longer breathwork sessions are also offered each month as workshop events.

Deep Stretch and Sound

Deep Stretch + Sound

Let yourself unwind with gentle movements and deep stretches to relieve tension and release stress. Following this light movement, your teacher will guide you through a sound meditation to help provide relaxation and relief on deeper levels.

HIITyasa at Balanced Being


This upbeat class combines HIIT and vinyasa flow to bring you a high energy flow that will leave you energized and sweaty!

Meditation at Balanced Being


Meditation can help calm the mind and ease the body. Our teachers offer a variety of meditation styles – guided, tarot, and reiki meditations.

Power Flow at Balanced Being

Power Flow

An upbeat, fast paced vinyasa flow where you’ll feel challenged and energized. Power flow is meant to expand your practice and help you grow into new poses. We move breath to movement to get you flowin’ and feelin good!

Prenatal Yoga at Balanced Being

Prenatal Yoga

Ease your body with gentle stretches and movements to relieve tension and release stress. Our prenatal yoga class is perfect for soon to be mamas, and all levels are welcome in this beginner friendly, gentle stretch class.

Reiki and Restore at Balanced Being

Reiki + Restore

Relax and unwind at the end of your day with restorative yoga and reiki healing. Reiki healing promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief for any “dis- ease” that may be present in the mind, body or spirit. This class will consist of a handful of restorative yoga poses; while lying in the poses you will receive the full benefits of reiki. Hands on or “ hands hovering” Reiki will be offered at the discretion of the students comfort level. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease with a great sense of well-being. All bodies are welcome, no prior experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga at Balanced Being

Restorative Yoga

Unwind and prepare the body for deep, intentional rest with the practice of restorative yoga. Regulate your nervous system and feel held by the layers of supportive yoga props such as bolster pillows, blocks, blankets, straps, and optional eye coverings for deeper relaxation. You will practice resting in a few supported yoga postures and leave feeling grounded and restored.

Slow Flow at Balanced Being

Slow Flow

Slow down and move fluidly in this slow paced vinyasa class. This class combines flow with stretch and yin so you leave feeling relaxed and restored.

Sound Bath at Balanced Being

Sound Bath

Let sound vibrations wash over your body as you find physical relaxation and mental restoration during our calming sound meditations.

Yin Yoga at Balanced Being

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow practice where stretches are held for several minutes. You’ll feel relaxed and blissful after this slow, mindful practice. Our yin classes often also offer meditations at the end with sound or yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra at Balanced Being

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. Often paired with Yin or Restorative yoga, yoga nidra will leave you feeling peaceful, grounded, and calm.
