Each month, we curate special events and workshops to help you explore different and new aspects of your yoga and wellness practice. You’ll find offerings like Kundalini, breathwork, and manifesting workshops that’ll take you to a deeper level of self exploration and healing.
Sometimes we all need extra support and attention for our healing needs, and our teachers are here to hold space for you on an individual level. Our teachers offer private 1:1 sessions for yoga, breathwork, reiki, and sound healing so that you can enjoy a session tailored specifically to you and your practice.
